Yas Island is a growing residential and entertainment area in Abu Dhabi, home to Yas Marina Circuit (F1), Ferrari World, Warner Bros World and a fast-developing residential community. Yas families are typically younger professional expatriate households — corporate, hospitality, motorsport, aviation and Abu Dhabi government-related professions. Many have children at West Yas Academy, Yasmina British Academy, GEMS American Academy, Cranleigh Abu Dhabi (close at Saadiyat), or Cambridge International schools elsewhere in Abu Dhabi. Smartious provides online tuition for Yas Island students.
