Frequently asked questions
Can MacDill AFB military families homeschool through deployments and PCS moves?
Yes. MacDill AFB families (US Central Command, US Special Operations Command) are a strong Tampa demographic. Live classes run 8 AM – 5 PM ET with all sessions recorded for deployment continuity. Florida homeschool registration (Notice of Intent) is compatible with PCS moves — and the FES-EO voucher remains active as long as the family is Florida-domiciled, even during temporary overseas deployments.
How does the FES-EO voucher work for Tampa Bay families?
Yes, fully. Smartious tuition starts from USD 423 per month and is voucher eligible, so the programme funding covers a large share of tuition and often leaves budget for textbooks, tutoring and activities. Request pricing through the enrolment form and we map your exact net cost under the programme the same day.
