Online School & Homeschool in Isa Town

Online school in Isa Town

Live Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel lessons for families in Isa Town, Sanad, Tubli, Jidhafs and Salmabad.

Isa Town sits in the middle of Bahrain, between Manama and Riffa, with several of the Kingdom's private and international schools nearby and a large community of Bahraini and South Asian families. Many families here already know the Cambridge route from school; what they look for from Smartious is a specialist teacher for one IGCSE or A Level subject, a structured year for a student retaking examinations, or a full online timetable for a child whose needs a large school cannot meet.

Challenges Isa Town families face

Why Isa Town families choose Smartious

Full-time Isa Town students get a personal timetable, live lessons, weekly tests and termly reports. Online school is from USD 423/month for Primary (≈ BHD 159/month at about BHD 0.376/USD, Oct 2026 rate), payable termly. Secondary, IGCSE, A Level and IB fees vary by curriculum and level. One-to-one tuition is USD 15/hour (≈ BHD 5.6). Fees are non-refundable once the assessment is done, the timetable created and lessons started.

One-to-one online tuition at USD 15/hour (≈ BHD 5.6), the usual route for a single retake subject.

Bahrain is on Arabia Standard Time (AST, UTC+3), the same time as our teachers in Nairobi. A 9:00 lesson is 9:00 in Manama, so live lessons fall in normal school hours, Sunday to Thursday, and every lesson is recorded.

Isa Town families use specialist online teaching to raise results in a single subject, and to move between curricula smoothly.

Common questions from Isa Town families

Can my child retake IGCSE subjects with you?

Yes. We plan the series and papers with you and teach towards them. Cambridge IGCSE and A Level, and Pearson Edexcel International GCSE and A Level, are written in person at a centre. Students living in Bahrain sit their papers in Bahrain, with private-candidate entries made through British Council Bahrain. We plan the subjects and exam series with you and help with the registration. Entry deadlines fall months before each series, so check British Council Bahrain for current dates and fees.

We follow CBSE now. Can our child switch to Cambridge?

Yes. We do not teach CBSE, but many students move from CBSE to Cambridge Lower Secondary or IGCSE. The placement assessment shows where to start, and we plan any gaps, often in English and in how Cambridge papers ask questions.

Is Smartious an accredited school?

Smartious is a Cambridge International registered school and a Pearson Edexcel approved centre, teaching to the current Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel syllabuses. Certificates are issued by Cambridge and Pearson, the same as for students at any other school.
