Structure — the K–12 system
Education runs from Kindergarten through Grade 12. Elementary and middle school build core skills broadly; high school (Grades 9–12) works on a credit system, where students accumulate credits across required and elective courses toward a high school diploma.
Advanced Placement & college testing
Capable high school students can take Advanced Placement (AP) courses — college-level subjects that can earn university credit. Smartious also prepares students for the SAT and ACT, the standardised tests used in US college admissions.
